Well after working with Bell intercoolers to fabricate a core for the Jackson Racing Supercharger one of the challenges was making it available to the masses. Well I am happy to say that Justin has made that a reality for all of you.

Now you can purchase a core already welded to the blower access plate. With this all you need to do is follow my parts list guide or source out your own parts for the heat exchanger, pump fittings and hose.

Plate only (includes 3/4" barbs for hoses, the 3/8" bung for your IAT sensor, and holes drilled and tapped for manifold support bracket ears): $100, shipped. It will be machined nicely, without the weld-overs shown...

Bell Core only (this is the core that we all know of, for those who already own a plate): $450, shipped.

Bell Core plus plate sub-assembly (ready to drop into your manifold): $650, shipped.

Basically, you can purchase the sub-assembly from Justin, then the radiator and Bosch Cobra pump from http://frozenboost.com/ and do the whole job for about $1K.

Justin knows both the fabricator and Gerhard of Bell Intercoolers personally and since all of them are located in the San Antonio area, this is really his project. I am helping post this because he often travels for work and does not log on routinely. I will personally vouch for his honesty.

The lead time on these components, depending on what you are interested in, could be 2-4 weeks. I know that the fabricator has materials to make several complete sub-assemblies right now, so the first ones in could have theirs sooner. Again, Justin could say more specifically.

If you already have the core or a plate and want the fabricator to do the welding and fittings for you, that is also possible. Cost would be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
