I am not going to go to deep here since others have already done this DIY and did a great job. I followed their DIY and found my install went very smoothly with them. Please reference the following DIYs for more information.
Erik Loza’s CTAT DIY link (Thank you Erik this came in handy for sure)

OK here are my pics
Once the blower came in I could install the core for the aftercooler. I replaced the IAT sensor per WDSonny due to the open type sensor that was there before would short out. Install of the core is simple. Unscrew the allen head bolts under blower and install core and put bolts back. Only key points to remember is to make sure gasket doesn’t get damaged, use some loctite blue, and you may need to snug in core. If you get this kit read the directions a few times and things will be very clear. Reading gets the best of me sometimes so I read those 3 times… smiles.

pulled out my RBC

supported motor and pulled passenger side motor mount.

power steering pump moved out of the way

spacers go in

putting in A2 crank pulley. Yes that is a 4 foot long pipe to get that BEAST of a bolt off holding the crank pulley on. PLEASE use some loctite when reinstalling!
